Academic Credit for Participants in Trial Team

For the 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 academic years, any UND law student selected by the Trial Team coach and the Student Trial Lawyers Association faculty advisor to participate as a member of the law school's Trial Team in an interschool trial competition is eligible, upon completion of that competition, for up to two hours of academic credit on a Pass/Fail basis. Neither credit hour shall count as a classroom hour for purposes of satisfying any other academic requirement of the School of Law. The credit is to be entered for the semester during which the competition actually occurs. The coach (or the faculty advisor to STLA, if the coach is not a member the law school's instructional staff with the authority to assign grades) must approve the team member's entitlement to the credit.
