Subscription Information

The NORTH DAKOTA LAW REVIEW, along with the State Bar Association of North Dakota’s Board of Governors, is pleased to announce its new subscription policy. To make each issue’s content more valuable to you and to minimize our economic and environmental costs, each issue will now be provided to non-institutional subscribers (lawyers and law firms) in electronic form, unless you request to continue receiving the hard copy version.

With the release of a new issue, each subscriber who does not opt-in to receive a hard copy will receive an e-mail notification that the issue is available electronically. Issues will be available at www.law.und.edu/LawReview/. Please go to this website to preview the present issue in electronic form. Not only will the articles be searchable and accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, but producing an electronic version will reduce our printing and postage costs as well as our environmental impact.

If you prefer to continue receiving a hard copy, please e-mail your complete mailing address to welp@law.und.edu or call 701-777-2282. Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail notification when the next issue is published. Should you change your mind, please contact us and we will change your delivery status as quickly as possible. Rates:
Starting with Volume 74, an annual subscription to the North Dakota Law Review is $30.00, U.S. currency. Second class postage is paid by the North Dakota Law Review. Single issues are $10.00 plus $2.50 postage. Different prices may apply to symposium issues, published once annually.

Publication:
The North Dakota Law Review is published quarterly in May, August, November, and February. Subscriptions will be renewed automatically unless notice of cancellation is received. The North Dakota Law Review is not responsible for missed issues due to failure to notify the LAW REVIEW of a change of address. Subscription orders for more than one year are accepted, but orders must be for whole volume sets. Cancellations are accepted, but we regret that no refunds will be sent.
