David M. Saxowsky

David M. Saxowsky is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Law and also holds a master's degree from North Dakota State University. He is an associate professor of agricultural economics at NDSU, where he teaches farm and agribusiness management and water law, and conducts seminars throughout the region. Mr Saxowsky teaches agricultural law and water law at the School of Law.
