Tracy KennedyOriginally from Minot, North Dakota, Ms. Kennedy graduated from Minot State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and in 1999 earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law. While at the University of North Dakota, Ms. Kennedy was a member of the University Faculty Awards Committee, the University of North Dakota Law Review from 1998-1999, and a 1998 Moot Court Finalist.

Ms. Kennedy is a member of the Randy H. Lee American Inn of Court, North Dakota State Bar Association, and the Grand Forks County Bar Association where she served as President in 2004. Ms. Kennedy has also conducted numerous seminars for the State Bar Association of North Dakota and Lorman Business Institute.

Ms. Kennedy has practiced with the law firm of Zimney, Foster, Johnson, Dittus & Flaten (Chartered) in Grand Forks in 1999. She is licensed to practice in the State Courts of North Dakota and Minnesota. She is also licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Court in the District of North Dakota and the United States Federal Appeals Court for the 8th Circuit.
